Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

This is my favourite smoothie blend at the moment!

It ticks all the boxes as far as containing carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats and fibre for a complete meal; it's filling, and makes for a perfect, healthy meal on the go!

Many of you already know I am big fan of smoothies because they're quick and easy to prepare, can be drunk on the go, but still provide the necessary nutrients we need for our busy day!

Mayver's smoothie

Give this one a go.


  • 1 scoop protein powder (my preferred brands are PRANA, AMAZONIA, RAW, NUTRA ORGANICS & BARE BLENDS)
  • 1 heaped TB of Mayver's protein peanut butter (you can substitute for other nut butters)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (or flaxseeds)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup almond milk

Simply throw into a blender, blend until all smooth and delicious!
